Cortron offers a wide variety of high reliability, high precision trackballs designed to meet the harshest industrial and military environments. Ideal for critical applications such as Air Traffic Control, Weapons Systems and Tactical Field operations where continuous long-term cursor control is required and reliable performance is paramount. Standard ball sizes include 1”, 1 ½”, 1 3/8”, 2” and 2 ½” trackballs with and without integral button bezel designs. The unique ergonomic design of the DuraTrackball promotes maximum operator efficiency by significantly reducing the key stroking movements and accompanying stress typically associated with intensive human machine interfaces. Alternate button designs and layouts are available to meet what your application may require.The sealed design of the Cortron trackball makes it virtually impervious to liquids, sand, dust, and other types of contaminants found in harsh applications, both indoors and in the field. Vital components are sealed for long-term protection and survival. Stainless steel rollers offer long term, high reliability performance with simple periodic cleaning being the only maintenance required – no foam rollers to change!
Cortron trackballs are available in a variety of installation options – top and rear mount panel enclosures are available along with table top (with feet) versions. Cortron trackballs are ideal as a standalone product or combined with a keyboard or keypad for a complete data entry solution.
