We are looking for a highly motivated Document Control Specialist. This is a great opportunity to be a significant contributor to the success of a small, dynamic company. This is a full-time, first shift position.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for creating, distributing and administering ECOs and for making changes to the company’s controlled documents in accordance with customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate the distribution and release of ECO-controlled documents.
- Maintain and record change control information as required to support the company’s long-term documentation needs.
- Make changes to various engineering documentation including assembly prints, fabrication drawings, schematics, and other detailed technical output.
- Provide routine status updates on status of ECOs and special projects
Requirements:
- Some college classes taken, specifically mechanical engineering classes
- Three – five years’ experience with ECOs
- Knowledge of Solidworks preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must have a positive, “Can Do” attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Experience in Infor Visual preferred
- US Citizenship Required due to government contract regulations
- No Relocation
