Eric received his BS degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He joined Cortron as a sales engineer in 1989. During the early 1990s, Eric was a driving force taking Cortron into the industrial and military market and establishing Cortron as a premier supplier to the Defense industry. He led the AS9100 certification efforts and became President of Cortron in 2005.
Director of Operations
Roy was hired in May of 2004. He has a BSEE from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, MSEE from Northeastern, and an MSEM from the Gordon Institute of Tufts University. He brings 30 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, working in the semiconductor, medical, and machine vision industries. At Cortron, he is responsible for the day to day operation of the engineering, quality control, and manufacturing functions.
Sales / Project Manager
Jon received his Psychology and Business degree from Ithaca College. He joined Cortron in 2005 after more than 13 years serving OEM and direct customers in the industrial process control industry. At Cortron, he is responsible for sales, project/program management, in addition to serving as a technical focal point for customers. Jon has worked with customers to develop products ranging from simple modifications for specific application requirements, form-fit functional legacy product replacement of obsolete competitive products and clean-sheet new product development. Jon has particular expertise in developing solutions to demanding customer requirements.
Bruce received his BSEE degree from City College of New York, and completed the Manufacturing Management Program at General Electric Company. He has CPIM certification and knowledge of constraint management. Bruce has 40+ years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, consumer and industrial products manufacturing and distribution. He joined the Cortron team in 2004, and is responsible for purchasing, inventory control and shipping/receiving.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Herman earned his BS in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He came to Cortron in June 2001 with 17 years of experience as a CFO, and an additional four years as an entrepreneur. He worked for Westinghouse Electric for ten years as an Corporate Internal Auditor and Manager of Accounting for the Beverage Business Unit. At Cortron, he is Vice President / CFO and is responsible for bank relationships and all financial and Human Resources systems and procedures.
